This role presents an exciting opportunity to handle diverse commercial and business matters and collaborate with our sophisticated clientele on cutting-edge legal challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive and enthusiasm to assume significant responsibilities while contributing to the growth of our litigation practice. A $300,000 portable book of business is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• Successful completion of a JD from a renowned law school with an outstanding academic track record.

• Active admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing.

• Extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.

• Proficiency in litigation and case management, with the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Excellence in providing strategic leadership and direction to a team.

• $300k portable book of business preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in intricate commercial litigation matters.

• Oversee cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

• Offer strategic counsel to clients regarding commercial disputes and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop ingenious legal strategies and solutions.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Work together with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives.
