COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARTNER (ATTORNEY)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our prestigious law firm as a Commercial Litigation Partner in our Philadelphia office. As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters and work with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge legal issues. This role offers significant responsibility and the chance to contribute to the expansion of our litigation practice.

Candidate Profile:

• You must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school and a strong academic record.

• You must have an active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and be in good standing.

• You should have significant experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.

• You must possess strong litigation and case management skills.

• Your legal research, writing, and advocacy skills must be excellent.

• You should have a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the team.
• You must possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

• Your responsibilities will include managing cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

• You will provide strategic counsel to clients on commercial disputes and risk mitigation.

• You will work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• You will foster and manage strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• You will collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives.
