With a proven track record in advising developers, investors, and financial institutions on intricate commercial real estate transactions, their real estate team is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their expanding Charlotte office.

Job Summary

• Provide support for various commercial real estate undertakings, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
• Structure, negotiate, and prepare documentation for commercial real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on notable projects at both local and national levels.
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving abilities while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
