Job Description:

We are currently searching for a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in handling intricate commercial real estate transactions, which includes acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing, and development projects. This position necessitates an attorney who can effectively manage the entire deal process autonomously, from negotiation and drafting of agreements to conducting due diligence and coordinating closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and other relevant contracts.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including evaluating title and survey reports, conducting zoning analysis, and overseeing property inspections.
• Provide legal and business guidance to clients regarding real estate transactions, including deal structuring and risk management.
• Oversee and coordinate closing procedures to ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and requirements.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships by offering strategic advice and updates throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate smoothly with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to guarantee efficient and effective handling of client matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
• At least 7 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
• Extensive expertise in negotiating and drafting real estate transaction documents.
• Thorough understanding of Georgia real estate laws and regulations.
