What You’ll Do:

• Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings

• Conduct title and survey reviews, analyze documents, and coordinate closings

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients throughout the deal lifecycle

• Draft and organize legal documents and due diligence materials

• Work with top-tier clients and professionals in a supportive, high-performing team

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience

• Strong understanding of title and survey analysis, and transactional processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required

• Team player mentality with a high level of professionalism
