Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support their Business Practice Group. This is a full-time, on-site role in Baton Rouge offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities to work on sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions—from title review to final disbursement and closing

• Coordinate with title companies and external counsel to ensure a smooth closing process

• Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and legal descriptions

• Draft and organize UCC filings, resolutions, financial contracts, and closing documents

• Address post-closing matters and oversee preparation of final binders and title policies

• Meet billing requirements and internal deadlines

💡 Preferred Background:
