COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales Representative/Account Manager in Miami, FL. As a key player in our leading financial services company, you will be responsible for driving business development and client engagement. Key Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful candidates should have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the title and/or real estate industry.
- A valid driver's license is required, as well as comfort with both in-person and virtual client interactions.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and surpass sales goals in a competitive market.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated persistence and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of securing new business.
- Familiarity with sales database systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Adaptability to adjust sales strategies to suit changing market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys to drive sales growth.
- Utilize industry data and targeted outreach strategies to identify prospective clients.
- Implement a strategic sales plan, including delivering compelling in-person and virtual presentations to key stakeholders.
- Stay visible in the market by attending industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to enhance brand presence through digital and print campaigns.
- Continuously analyze client needs to provide innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
