Compensation and Benefits Analyst
As a Total Rewards Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and maintain the pay structure and benefits program of our organization.
- Conduct analysis of wage and salary data, monitoring market conditions and trends, while also collaborating with benefits vendors and processing employee benefit claims. You will also stay updated on government employment regulations.
- You will be involved in planning projects that focus on total reward initiatives.
- Support management with the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team in various HR processes.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries or concerns regarding benefit enrollment and coverage.
- Facilitate the open enrollment process to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
- Provide support for wellness programs and strategies.
- Manage and oversee leave of absence requests.
- Maintain compliance with compensation plans.
- Assist in the implementation of new modules and upgrades in HR systems.
- Offer daily HRIS support to managers and employees.
This role requires a degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Finance.
Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential for this position.
