We are currently seeking a highly skilled Complex Litigation Lawyer to join our team at our Santa Ana office location. This position requires an individual with 6-15 years of extensive experience handling intricate litigation matters, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, and high-stakes disputes within the commercial sector. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of litigation, from conducting pre-trial investigations and engaging in the discovery process to handling motions practice, conducting trials, and managing appeals. You will also be tasked with devising effective case strategies, representing clients in court, facilitating settlement negotiations, and collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex litigation spanning state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Strong aptitude for both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
