CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - HARTFORD

Location: Hartford, CT

Our client, a prominent national law firm, is in search of a highly qualified and driven Construction Associate Attorney to join their Hartford office.

Candidate Profile:

• Completion of Juris Doctor (JD) program from a reputable law school with an exceptional academic track record.
• Connecticut Bar Admission is mandatory (New York and/or Massachusetts Bar Admission is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience specifically focused on construction litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing and persuasive oral advocacy skills, with meticulous organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction litigation cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with trial preparation, collaborate with expert witnesses, and represent clients in court.
• Participate in depositions and motion practice in federal and state courts.
