Candidate Profile:

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from a prestigious law school along with a remarkable academic track record.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar is a requirement.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in general litigation, with expertise in construction litigation.
• Superb legal writing and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a focus on providing exceptional client service.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal matters related to construction litigation, including contractual disputes, defect claims, and litigation concerning delays.
• Compose accurate and insightful pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Oversee the entire discovery process, including reviewing documents, conducting depositions, and coordinating expert witnesses.
• Carry out thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in devising case strategy and preparing for trial.
• Advocate for clients during mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
