CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL POSITION

Our client, a Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional law firm with a national practice, is currently seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their expanding Construction, Development & Condemnation Litigation Practice Group. This position involves handling a diverse range of intricate construction litigation cases.
Desired Candidate:
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with an impressive academic background.
- Must possess an active bar license in South Carolina.
- Have 1 to 4 years of experience dealing with complex construction litigation.
- Proven expertise in drafting pleadings, advocating motions, and managing discovery, including taking depositions.
- Exhibit excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex construction litigation cases, encompassing mediation, arbitration, and litigation in both federal and state courts.
- Handle a wide array of litigation duties, from composing pleadings to advocating motions and conducting depositions.
- Offer legal advice and assistance to clients in negotiating, preparing, and reviewing construction contracts.
- Engage with clients and collaborate with a diverse and accomplished practice group.
