Construction Manager (Project Management)

📍 Boston, MA (On-site Mon–Thurs | Remote Fridays) | Up to 50% Travel

Join a fast-growing, high-impact fitness brand making waves across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead new builds, remodels, and relocations—delivering excellence across every phase of construction.

🔑 Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of construction project management experience (franchise or retail preferred)

• Experience with site planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and scheduling

• Proficient in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana)

• Strong written/verbal communication skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S. — visa sponsorship not available

• Willing to travel up to 50% (FL, GA, OR, PR, Canada)

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects: new clubs, remodels, relocations

• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and internal project timelines

• Ensure projects align with brand standards, budgets, and deadlines

• Coordinate with architects, city officials, and internal stakeholders

• Review scopes of work, plans, and budgets

• Approve pay applications and manage permits

• Conduct site visits and provide weekly progress reports
