Construction Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our client as the Director of Construction Operations in the beautiful city of Flagstaff, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in the growth of our commercial construction company by overseeing various aspects of projects, including pre-construction and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's success and maintaining the highest level of excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

       As a dynamic leader, you will manage and provide guidance to a diverse team. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success.
       Oversee the pre-construction phase, ensuring alignment of project objectives with customer needs. You will also utilize your strong network and relationships to optimize resource allocation.
       Create a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous improvement and fosters creativity.
       Identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to ensure timely project completion within budget, while prioritizing safety standards.
       Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive the expansion of the company.

Qualifications required:

       Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
       Minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry.
       At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
       Proficiency in construction software and a strong passion for personal and professional growth are essential.
