Project Engineer or Project Manager or Superintendent (Construction)

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Create and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) when necessary.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and develop comprehensive scope outlines.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, meetings, and consultations with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and advisors.salary.com
• Maintain effective and professional communication through reports and emails.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably within the Santa Barbara region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work on-site daily and actively engage in hands-on project management.
