Construction Superintendent – Commercial
Our client, a reputable commercial contractor in the Beavercreek, OH area, is currently seeking 2 experienced Commercial Construction Foremen. The main responsibilities for each foreman will be focused on different aspects of commercial construction:
- Commercial Superintendent - The primary focus of this role will be on commercial buildings ranging from $1M-$10M in value. The ideal candidate should have expertise in working with steel/metal studs and be experienced in both ground-up construction as well as tenant fit-ups. Key skills required for this position include a strong teamwork attitude, the ability to interpret architectural blueprints, the capability to develop and maintain project schedules, and a commitment to quality control. It is important to note that this job is local, offering the convenience of being home every night. Our client is specifically seeking candidates who prefer to join a family-oriented team that values a collaborative and cooperative work culture.
- Commercial Superintendent - The primary focus of this role will be on multifamily projects with a specific emphasis on wood construction. These projects typically consist of 40-70 units, featuring multi-story buildings with elevators. Just like the previous role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong teamwork attitude, excellent blueprint reading skills, the ability to create and adhere to project schedules, and a dedication to maintaining high quality standards. As with the previous position, this job is also local, allowing for the luxury of being home every night.
