- Developing electronic product specifications and designs using CAD and SolidWorks
- Identifying and designing improvements for electronic products
- Utilizing IoT technologies
- Contributing to the development of IoT-enabled devices
- Working on consumer electronics products with potential life-saving capabilities
- Participating in product direction discussions within the company
- Collaborating with a team of test lab engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and product development engineers
- Coordinating with attorneys to evaluate existing patents
- Assisting in the patent process
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- At least two years of experience in consumer product design
- Experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly for at least one year
- Exposure to IoT technologies for at least one year
- Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Interference
- Understanding of Radio Frequency and wireless communication
- Familiarity with EDA Tools for Printed Circuit Board Assembly
- A strong work history
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a green card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute
