We are searching for a highly skilled Efficiency Manager to join our dairy manufacturing facility located near Harrisburg, PA. As a Fortune 200 company, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation. Reporting to the Manufacturing Site Director, this role will focus on reducing processing variation, driving operational effectiveness, and supporting research and development projects to increase cost competitiveness. We are looking for someone with expert level Continuous Improvement talent to lead our efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Develop and enhance strategies to address key process improvements throughout the facility.

· Analyze and identify causes of variation to improve consistency, reliability, capacity expansion, cost reduction, and risk mitigation opportunities.

· Research and adopt state-of-the-art technologies and implement best practices in our manufacturing processes.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

· Ensure long-term capabilities and volume forecast.

· Review capital processes and identify strategic opportunities to drive growth and efficiency.

· Lead and coordinate Total Maintenance Management activities at the plant.

· Align operations capabilities with business objectives to drive success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, technical services, or a related field within a manufacturing facility (Preference for candidates with experience in food manufacturing).

• Demonstrated ability in problem solving and project management.

• Proven experience aligning operations capabilities with business objectives.
