Job Summary for the Services Coordinator of Large Orders & Key Accounts: Are you a highly organized professional with expertise in managing high-value orders and interacting with key accounts? Come join our team as a Coordinator of Large Orders and Key Accounts Service Representative at our office in Omaha, Nebraska! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large orders that exceed $50,000 from start to finish. You will handle key accounts, starting with our most significant global client. Your responsibilities will include entering and managing all their orders, providing quotes for parts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure that orders are executed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving issues, addressing complaints, and documenting all communication in our CRM system.
Qualifications of the Services Coordinator of Large Orders & Key Accounts:
- Experience in managing large customers or key accounts.
- Customer service experience.
- Preference given to candidates with an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to handle and manage a large volume of projects.
- Experience with an ERP and CRM system.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to efficiently manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work at an above-average pace.
- Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday, five days a week.
Responsibilities of the Services Coordinator of Large Orders & Key Accounts:
o Management of Large Orders (Exceeding $50,000): The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing orders that exceed $50,000 from start to finish. This includes creating and implementing detailed project plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring and documenting progress. The candidate will also enter all relevant communication into the CRM system, especially when following up on orders. Efficient management of project scope, schedule, and budget deviations is crucial to success.
o Management of Key Accounts: The chosen candidate will gradually assume responsibility for managing key accounts, starting with the most significant global account. This will involve entering and managing all customer purchase orders, providing quotes, and coordinating with the MRP Controllers, Shipping Department, and Freight Carriers to ensure the accurate and timely execution of orders. The candidate will keep customers updated on order status, resolve any issues that arise, handle product returns, record customer complaints or concerns in the CRM system, and maintain necessary documentation throughout the order process.
o Quality and EHS Compliance: Support and adhere to the quality and EHS policies of the organization.
