Job Description

• Offer general support to attorneys
• Create legal entities such as LLCs, LPs, and Corporations
• Assist in drafting both basic and complex trusts
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Draft deeds for the transfer of real property
• Organize and manage client asset information
• Effectively communicate with clients and other professionals

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in corporate and estate planning
• Preferred 4-6 years of experience as a paralegal (not mandatory)
• Preferred 4-year degree (not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Clio is a bonus
