REAL ESTATE PRACTICE - CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

This incredible opportunity allows you to collaborate with leading attorneys on intricate real estate transactions, acquiring invaluable experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from a prestigious law school with an outstanding academic background.
• Must be admitted to the Bar in Georgia.
• Proven 3-5 years of relevant experience handling real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and create purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and closing documents.
• Experience in overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial financing transactions.
• An excellent eye for detail and ability to oversee multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Outstanding written, analytical, and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent a diverse range of clients, including lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers, in an array of real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and other transaction-related contracts.
• Supervise due diligence, review titles and surveys, and perform risk assessments for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Coordinate and finalize complex real estate and commercial finance transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to structure deals that align with business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
