Job Description

• Evaluate, create, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and related agreements for commercial transactions.
• Manage an array of corporate and commercial projects.
• Offer practical legal guidance and solutions to clients regarding business-related issues.
• Engage in significant client interaction and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactions (M&A experience is an advantage, but not required).
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp business concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is mandatory.
• Preferred admission to the South Carolina State Bar (consideration given to other state admissions if willing to obtain licensure in SC).
• Enthusiasm for asking questions, learning, and contributing within a team environment.
