Job Description

• Assess, draft, and negotiate various agreements for commercial transactions, including supply, purchase, service, and transportation contracts.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial projects.
• Offer practical legal advice and solutions to clients regarding business-related issues.
• Engage in substantial client interaction and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate transactions (M&A experience preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp business concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar is mandatory.
• Keenness to ask questions, learn, and contribute within a team setting.
