Job Description:

• Create and review Estate Planning documents to ensure the protection and efficient transfer of clients' assets.
• Prepare and assess entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for-profit and non-profit), LPs, etc.
• Draft, examine, and negotiate contracts that fulfill clients' legal and business requirements.
• Act as general counsel for business owners, offering strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
• Perform legal due diligence and provide strategic counsel to clients to navigate intricate transactions and planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Have an active bar admission and ability to practice law.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, with a focus on estate planning and business transactions.
• Excel in teamwork and be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Possess excellent research and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Be proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
