CORPORATE M&A ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Our client, a prestigious national law firm ranked among the top in the industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A team in the vibrant city of Miami.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a JD degree from a renowned law school with a remarkable academic background.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
• Have at least 2 years of substantial experience in business and transactional matters, including handling M&A deals, joint ventures, and intricate commercial transactions.
• Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Latin American corporate law.
• Fluency in Spanish with excellent business proficiency.
• Possess solid experience working for a respected law firm and demonstrate exceptional skills in writing, drafting, and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and negotiate legal documents required for complex M&A and joint venture transactions.
• Directly interact with clients, providing strategic advice and overseeing transactional details.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys in an energetic and fast-paced setting.
