ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE M&A

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an accomplished and motivated Associate to join their esteemed Corporate M&A practice based in the vibrant city of Philadelphia.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable law school with a remarkable academic track record.
• Must meet the Pennsylvania Bar Admission requirement.
• Bring at least 5 years of extensive experience in business and transactional law, including a solid background in M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions.
• Demonstrate refined writing, drafting, and communication skills cultivated through prior law firm experience.
• Exhibit ambition, drive, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to and facilitate the growth of a thriving national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compose and negotiate transactional documentation pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and various other intricate commercial transactions.
• Engage directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the smooth and successful execution of transactions.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
