Senior Litigation Counsel

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Litigation Counsel to join our dynamic legal team based in Atlanta, GA. As a vital member of our firm, you will be responsible for providing expert counsel and representation in complex litigation cases.

Job Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing bar admission in Georgia.
• 10-15 years of extensive experience in civil litigation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex civil litigation cases, including but not limited to contract disputes, tort claims, and employment disputes.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop effective case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments.
• Prepare and present persuasive oral and written arguments in court.
