Corporate Law Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced lawyer specializing in corporate law to join our team. As a member of our Corporate & Private Equity division, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic advice and guidance to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds on growth strategies and legal structuring.

Requirements:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school with a strong academic background.
• Be a licensed attorney in good standing in the state of Georgia.
• Have 10-15 years of relevant experience in corporate and transactional law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.
• Possess proven business development skills and a track record of bringing in clients.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance issues.
• Offer strategic legal counsel to businesses, private equity funds, and venture capital funds across various industries.
• Handle complex transactional matters and collaborate with colleagues from different offices.
• Develop and execute growth and structuring strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
