Corporate Recruiter (100% onsite)

Location: Boston, MA

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Boston, MA location. This is an in-house position, requiring 100% onsite work. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts across all locations of our organization. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media sites, and networking groups. You will pre-screen potential candidates and present them to the Hiring Manager for review and interview. Additionally, you will handle administrative duties related to recruiting, such as creating and posting positions, scheduling interviews, coordinating testing, and assisting in the onboarding process for new employees. You will utilize advanced internet searching resources to generate prospective candidates, advertise job openings, and screen resumes and applications for suitability.

To succeed in this role, you will need outstanding organization and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. You should be highly knowledgeable in recruiting across social media platforms and be able to build a strong presence on those platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to supporting our recruitment efforts, you will also play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand to ensure that we continually attract top talent. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Using various tools and platforms to source passive candidates
  • Utilizing professional associations, cold calling, networking, and recruitment events to generate diverse candidate slates
  • Organizing hiring events and participating in job fairs
  • Maintaining positive employer reputation on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment resources
  • Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods


  • Evaluating resumes and screening candidates
  • Hiring and developing the right people, and reducing turnover and cost of hire
  • Maintaining staffing levels and reducing fill times
  • Increasing new hire quality and potential levels to build bench strength
  • Working with managers to fill open positions with the right candidates
  • Identifying candidates with potential for development
  • Providing a workforce that is motivated to be part of a growing organization
  • Reducing dependency on contingent workforce


  • Participating in the development and execution of orientation programs and procedures for new employees
  • Ensuring the employment selection process builds bench strength
  • Assisting and tracking employee onboarding
  • Preparing and maintaining job documentation, job evaluation, and company salary structure systems
  • Tracking recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill
  • Conducting 30/60/90 day new employee stay meetings

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sourcing in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively interface with management
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Ability to travel to other facilities on a minimal, as-needed basis
