CORPORATE & SECURITIES ASSOCIATE

Our client, a leading international law firm ranked in the top AmLaw 50, is in search of a highly-qualified and driven Mid-Level Associate to join their esteemed Corporate & Securities practice group in Denver, Portland, or Seattle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have received a JD from a well-regarded law school with exceptional academic achievements.
• Relevant jurisdiction bar admission is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling matters related to public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.
• Excellent skills in legal writing, communication, and client service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on issues concerning reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
• Work on corporate governance and transactional matters for both public and private companies spanning various industries.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled practitioners on intricate legal affairs at a nationwide level.

This position comes with a competitive compensation package, offering an annual salary range of $260,000 to $390,000 based on experience and qualifications. Depending on performance, a discretionary bonus may also be considered.
