ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE & SECURITIES

Our client, a prestigious international law firm ranking among the top AmLaw 50, is actively seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Corporate & Securities practice group in Denver, Portland, or Seattle.

Required Qualifications:

• Successfully obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school, demonstrating a strong academic record.
• Must possess active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of experience specializing in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.
• Excellent legal writing, oral communication, and client service skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer expert guidance to public companies regarding reporting and compliance, capital market transactions, and corporate governance matters.
• Handle corporate governance and transactional matters for both public and private companies across diverse industries.
• Engage in collaboration with a team of seasoned practitioners on complex legal issues at a national level.

This position provides a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of $260,000 to $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available.
