Our prestigious client, a leading international law firm ranked in the top AmLaw 50, is in search of a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with expertise in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a highly regarded law school, with an excellent academic standing.
- Active membership in the Georgia bar association.
- Prior experience in transactional law, specifically focused on M&A.
- Exceptional abilities in legal research, writing, and communication.
- Demonstrated success in managing and contributing to transactional matters.
- Goal-oriented mindset, determination, and a collaborative attitude to strengthen and expand our global practice.
