Our client, a prestigious top-ranked law firm with an extensive transactional practice, is in search of a talented Senior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic transactions team in either Atlanta or Chicago.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a JD from a well-regarded law school with an outstanding academic background.
• Must be an active member of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in collaborative settings and effectively engage with clients.
• A successful track record of handling intricate transactional matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer counsel to clients on various aspects of M&A deals, including structuring, negotiation, and implementation.
• Create and review transactional documentation, such as purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related contracts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address regulatory, corporate governance, and tax considerations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients across different industries on their corporate transactions and associated matters.
• Contribute to business development efforts by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
