Credit analyst /Fleet administrator

Location: Florence, AL

Education & Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required

·Experience in roles such as Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, or similar is preferred

Skills Needed:

·Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

·Familiarity with Adobe software

·Ability to manage calendar and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

·Attention to detail and organized workspace

·Efficient work completion with focus on quality

·Effective verbal and written communication skills

·Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor

·Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues and vendors

·Experience with DocuSign is a plus

Job Duties:

·Reports to the Risk Manager, Credit Manager, and Credit Card Manager

·Handles all credit applications for Wholesale Divisions

·Identifies accounts for placement into collections and collects necessary documentation for the process

·Reports on collections and credit applications to the management team

·Processes ACH payments from customers

·Assists in the development, improvement, and implementation of credit/collections policies

·Manages a fleet of 130 company vehicles

·Addresses driver issues related to maintenance, fuel cards, registration, mileage reporting, and other fleet duties

·Participates in annual mileage reporting and vehicle budgeting/ordering

·Assists the Compliance Department with chain store permitting

·Completes ad hoc fleet reporting as requested

Environment:

·Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with additional hours as required

·Physical presence in the office is necessary for performing job duties

·Work environment consists of a climate-controlled cubicle

·Primary tasks are completed at a desk, using a computer

·Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
