Job Title: Curb Machine Operator (Concrete)
Location: Tulsa, OK, and surrounding job sites
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: 40+ per week (including weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Curb Machine Operator with concrete finishing experience. In this role, you will operate concrete curb machines, maintain equipment, set up forms, pour concrete, and finish surfaces such as curbs, sidewalks, roads, and ramps. Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work in various weather conditions are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate a concrete curb machine.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform light machine maintenance tasks (e.g., greasing bearings, monitoring fluid levels).
- Read stakes and measurements accurately to ensure precise concrete pouring.
- Set up and align horizontal concrete forms.
- Utilize saws to cut expansion joints or remove concrete when necessary.
- Apply various finishing techniques such as dyeing, coloring, or stamping concrete.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite and company vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a curb machine.
- At least 3 years of experience working with concrete, formwork, and finishing.
- Familiarity with curb, gutter, drain, and ADA ramp finishing methods.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, in various weather conditions.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Capable of frequently lifting and carrying 5-50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift for extended periods.
- Exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, loud noises, and moving machinery.
- Required to wear PPE, including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and boots.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check are mandatory.
- Completion of safety training as per company requirements.

Salary: $24–$28 per hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience.
Bonus Opportunity: Additional compensation may be offered to candidates with experience in troubleshooting basic repairs and performing machine maintenance, resulting in an increased hourly rate based on applicable skills and expertise.
