- The annual pay for this role is up to $85,000.

We are currently seeking a talented Custom Extruded Plastic Tooling Engineering Designer for a full-time position at our growing and highly flexible plastic extrusion product manufacturing company. This position offers potential for growth into a department head role, if desired. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Creating designs for plastic extrusion tooling, focusing on profile extrusion, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion.
- Directing efforts in designing, building, modifying, installing, and maintaining the extrusion equipment.
- Providing assistance to machine operators and machinists.
- Making adjustments to the extrusion tooling.
- Collaborating with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and enhance production processes.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in plastic extrusion tooling design for profile extrusion, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion.
- Strong background in extrusion processing.
- Extensive knowledge of extrusion processing.
- Proven work history.
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card.
- Residence within a 45-minute commute.
