Cytotechnologist (ASCP)

💲 $30.27 – $41.66/hr + $12K Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits
🕓 Day Shift | 32 Hours/Week | No Weekends or Holidays

✅ Must-Haves:

• Completion of an accredited Cytotechnology (CT) program

• ASCP certification – CT (ASCP) required

• Hands-on experience with GYN and non-GYN screenings and fine needle procedures

• Comfortable working in high-volume lab settings

🌟 Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cytology specimen processing

• Familiarity with Thin Prep processors, Thin Prep imager, Leica stainer, and SoftPath systems

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Microscopic evaluation of Pap smears (primary duty)

• Process and evaluate non-GYN specimens and assist with fine needle aspirates

• Support with registration, accessioning, staining, and stainer maintenance as needed

• Step in for support staff during PTO, call-offs, or high-volume surges

• Work with state-of-the-art cytology equipment and technology
