The responsibilities and duties of this role will include:
  • Interpreting and comprehending engineering drawings and documents
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with robotic and automation equipment
  • Programming robotic automation equipment and systems
  • Programming and integrating vision systems
  • Interpreting and comprehending engineering drawings and documents
  • Documenting relevant information as needed
  • Participating in troubleshooting and testing activities
  • Supervising robotic equipment assemblers
In order to be considered, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
  • An engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in manufacturing equipment, specifically with robotic automation or Programmable Logic Controls
  • At least two years of experience in troubleshooting robotic automation
  • At least two years of experience in programming and configuring robotic automation equipment
  • At least two years of experience in programming and integrating vision systems
  • At least two years of experience in setting up and integrating robotic automated equipment
  • At least two years of experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
  • At least two years of experience utilizing Fronius or SKS for weld equipment integration
  • Experience in interpreting and comprehending engineering drawings and documents
  • Proven track record of reliable and successful work history
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder
  • Residence must be within a 45-minute commute to the Brown Deer area
