Machine Automation Design Engineer

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine design, preferably with 3D experience in AutoCAD and Inventor
• A.S. Degree required, B.S. Degree preferred
• Compensation up to $72,000
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

Our engineering department consists of a collaborative team of 15 individuals who work with cutting-edge technology. As a Machine Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed part, assembly, and weldment drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications
• Applying engineering principles, mathematics, and material knowledge to develop comprehensive designs
• Preparing requisitions for steel and purchase orders while ensuring accurate documentation
• Making necessary adjustments and refinements to drawings, including plotting, copying, and pattern development

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine design, specifically using AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D
• A.S. degree is required, although a B.S. degree is preferred
• Experience with 2D-to-3D conversion and mechanical systems
• A strong and consistent work history
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a green card
