Join our team as a full-time Pediatric Developmental Specialist. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a highly respected department at one of the nation's most progressive and community-focused children's hospitals located in Philadelphia, PA.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate and dynamic, and who is dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and advancing resident education. This role primarily focuses on outpatient care, with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Our team evaluates and treats children with a wide range of developmental and behavioral concerns.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual committed to providing exceptional clinical care and advancing resident education in an outpatient-focused role, with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.
  • Support the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to provide comprehensive support to patients and families.
  • Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster their professional growth and enhance clinical excellence.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development.

Qualifications:
  • MD, DO or Foreign equivalent
  • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
  • Fellowship Trained - completed an ACGME accredited Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics program
  • Hold an unrestricted Medical License in the Commonwealth of PA
  • Graduated from an ACGME accredited Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics program
