Job Description
- Take charge of the firm's attorney recruitment efforts, including hiring experienced lawyers and organizing summer associate programs.
- Create and implement strategies to strengthen the firm's recruitment brand and market presence.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration process for attorneys to ensure a smooth transition.
- Establish and manage professional development programs to support the growth of attorneys.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to evaluate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and industry experts.
- Ensure adherence to firm policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Manage and analyze recruitment metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Supervise recruitment support staff and provide opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in attorney recruitment or professional development, preferably within a law firm setting.
- Bachelor's degree required; certification in recruitment, retention, or professional development is a bonus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to devise and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, legal recruiting software, and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
