We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to spearhead our client's efforts in the industrial products manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales and business development background and a proven track record of achievement in the industrial manufacturing industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the industrial products manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Enhance strategic partnerships and explore potential business prospects by expanding and nurturing a robust network of industry contacts.

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development within the industrial products manufacturing sector.
  • Evidence of consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • An in-depth understanding of the industrial products manufacturing industry and its key players.
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
