We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Butler Operations at our luxury resort located in Uniontown, PA. As the Head of Butler Operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
• Manage daily Butler operations and mentor the team to provide superior service.
• Act as a liaison, communicating on behalf of ownership, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve and surpass financial goals by effectively managing budgets and resources.
• Create memorable moments for guests that align with our luxury resort standards.
• Oversee the growth and maintenance of services to ensure world-class experiences.
• Support sales teams during tours and site visits, contributing to the closing of group deals.
• Maintain high safety standards through regular audits.
• Lead and motivate staff, oversee scheduling, payroll, and handle disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Contribute to the creation of the annual operating budget and provide feedback for improvement.
• Communicate resort updates to associates in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the Butler department in resort-wide initiatives and attend mandatory meetings.
• Maintain Forbes 5-star standards throughout all guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or GED; Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• 5-6 years of managerial experience in Butler services, preferably in a luxury resort. Butler Director experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of staff retention and strong customer service training and development skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
