Inventory Accounting Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Drive the transformation of the accounting function by implementing cutting-edge processes and technologies

2. Oversee all aspects of inventory accounting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence

3. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to foster growth, profitability, and efficiency

4. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with the company's vision and values

5. Enhance processes and implement best practices across the accounting department

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred

• At least 6 years of management experience

• Excellent knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, SOX, and inventory valuation methods

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and change management abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
