💰 $140,000–$180,000 + Profit Sharing + Full Benefits
🔑 MUST HAVES:

10+ years in Learning & Development, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience creating and delivering training programs for both salaried and hourly employees

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
-
Strong strategic leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
-
Proficient in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional technologies
-
Ability to travel internationally

Strategic Leadership

Build and execute a global L&D strategy aligned with corporate goals and culture

Drive learning initiatives that boost engagement, retention, and performance

Collaborate with executive leadership to set learning priorities and shape organizational growth
Program Development & Training Delivery

Design and deploy programs for leadership development, technical training, and compliance

Use a mix of learning methods—eLearning, workshops, blended learning, simulations, and VR

Ensure global relevance and accessibility of all training programs
Performance & Impact Measurement

Conduct skill gap analyses and define learning KPIs

Measure ROI, track engagement, and present program impact to senior leadership

Continuously improve learning experiences using data and user feedback
Collaboration & Vendor Management

Partner with global HR teams and business units to ensure alignment and implementation

Manage external vendors and consultants to enhance content and delivery
Compliance & Innovation

Ensure training programs meet regional legal and compliance standards

Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices in corporate learning
