- The role of Quality Assurance Director entails overseeing the quality engineering strategy within a manufacturing facility spanning 750,000 square feet. This facility is home to a workforce composed of 1700 non union workers.
- It will be your responsibility to develop, execute, and maintain processes and systems that guarantee all products manufactured in this plant meet both customer and corporate specifications.
- You will also take charge of designing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system within the organization.
- In addition to these duties, you will spearhead continuous improvement projects. Through your expertise, you will identify, validate, and lead manufacturing process enhancements aimed at enhancing product quality and improving process yields.
