Job Description
Position: Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: New Windsor, MD
The role of Warehouse Operations Manager entails the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations.
- Developing and implementing processes and protocols in alignment with the company's strategic operational plan.
- Managing product orders, inventory, and maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment.
- Driving initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost-efficiency, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
