Position Overview
In this role, you will lead and manage the perioperative services department. You will establish and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and goals for the department. As the director, you will oversee the staff and ensure smooth workflow. This position requires excellent leadership skills, budget management, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will be responsible for strategic planning, employee evaluations, timekeeping, and supply orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse License
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills

Preferred:

• MSN degree
• Wound Care - WOCN certification
