What We’re Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• RN License in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility)

• AWHONN Certification required

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time

• Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000, based on experience

• Benefits: Comprehensive full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of Women’s Services to meet departmental and organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards.

• Oversee daily operations including patient care, technology, service levels, and issue resolution.

• Plan and supervise staffing activities — hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.

• Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

• Foster a supportive, growth-oriented work environment for all team members.

• Apply evidence-based practices in daily operations and clinical protocols.

• Serve as a clinical resource for obstetric and neonatal care issues.
