Regional Supervisor

Position can be based anywhere in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores within the assigned area. This includes managing the profit and loss, aligning with company objectives, and achieving regional and area goals. The Regional Supervisor will leverage their expertise to create a positive and collaborative environment while ensuring operational excellence.

In partnership with Store Managers, the Regional Supervisor will focus on their development and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our galleries. It is a dynamic role that will expand your skills and foster continued career growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead store teams by fostering a culture that upholds core values
  • Administer human resources policies and practices fairly
  • Create fun and friendly store environments that provide superior customer service
  • Ensure store leadership achieves individual and store sales goals
  • Drive annual sales growth in the area to meet or exceed company targets
  • Optimize utilization of tools in each store and market to effectively demonstrate products and services
  • Plan and execute company objectives effectively
  • Maximize performance and productivity through sensible store scheduling
  • Maintain sufficient staffing levels through proactive recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies
  • Continuously develop talent in areas such as merchandising display efforts, store growth, training and development, employee relations, customer service, systems, events, and classes
  • Communicate area and regional priorities consistently and effectively to store teams

You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of retail management experience with a focus on high-ticket sales preferred
  • Reside within the area/region of responsibility
  • Experience with client relationships and personal goal setting
  • Proficient with general office equipment and technology including POS systems, Google Suite, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills, particularly when managing from a distance
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities
